Emese Barka


Hungarian freestyle wrestler, Universiade and World Championships bronze medallist, gold medallist of the first European Games. She won the bronze medal at the European Championships 2007 in Sofia. At Universiade 2013 in Kazan she became the bronze medallist in -59 kg category. The World Championships 2013 was held in Budapest, where she won the bronze medal in -55 kg. At the first European Games which was held in Baku in 2015, Emese won the gold medal in -58 kg. In the same year she was chosen as a best Hungarian Woman Wrestler. She was bronze medallist at the World Championships 2018 in Budapest. Emese became European Champion at European Championships 2019 in Bucharest.

Péter Bácsi


Péter Bácsi (born 15 May 1983) Hungarian Greco-Roman wrestler, World Champion and European Champion.

He got the 9th rank at junior European Championships 2002. Péter Bácsi became the silver medallist in the National Championships 2004. He got the 5th rank at Universiade 2005. Péter won the gold medal as an adult in 2007. He became a gold medallist at the European Championships 2008. In Beijing at the Summer Olympic Games he got the 5th rank.

Péter won the bronze medal at the European Championships 2010, later on he won the silver medal at the European Championships 2011. Péter became the gold medallist at the European Championships 2014 then he won the World Championships 2014. He has already won seven times the Hungarian Championships.

He was chosen as the best Greco-Roman wrestler of the year in 2014 and 2018 by the United World Wrestling (UWW).
